Terms of Use The service Cyprus Furniture offered by CyprusNet Corporation and is provided to persons over 18 years of age. On the other hand, CyprusNet has every right to monitor, review and/or disclose any content that does not comply with an applicable law, regulation, governmental request and /or any legal process. 4. User account Termination CyprusNet has every right to terminate your access to Cyprus Furniture service or any other related Services that are provided by the company at any time, with or without a reason and without any prior notice for any reason considered by CyprusNet as appropriate.   A reason that may cause the termination of your account (but not limited to) is inactivity in the user’s account, which is considered by CyprusNet as failing to login to the Service for an extended period of time. Being unable or failing to log into the system for 10 days after your first registration and 90 days since your last login, is considered by CyprusNet as an inactive account and therefore the account is terminated.   On the other hand, if a user wishes to terminate his/her account, they can stop using the service. Therefore our system will automatically terminate their account in 90 days. 8. Advertisement Participation and Promotions Dealings between user’s and advertisers/third parties are not CyprusNet’s responsibility and therefore we will not liable or responsible for any dealings and/or promotions in which third parties that we are collaborate are advertising or promoting. 9. Changes to Terms of Use and Membership Policies CyprusNet reserves the right to modify, change or add new policies and terms of use concerning the use of Cyprus Furniture service or for any other available service(s) offered by the company. It is user’s responsibility to regularly ensure their understanding of what Terms of Use and Privacy Policies are state for use of the Service. 10. General Information This agreement is under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
